摘 要:对“十二五”期间我国体育学类本科新增专业发展状况进行分析,研究指出“十二五”期间我国体育学类新增本科专业布点合理,增速满足社会经济发展需要;以體育教育为代表的传统专业增速放缓,布点逐步向西部地区倾斜;以休闲体育为代表的新兴专业增速较快,布局呈多科性发展特征;体育学类本科招生人数规模呈现出“平台”特征。“十三五”期间可进一步驱动我国体育学类本科专业快速发展,在发展方向上应着力解决体育学本科专业布局不平衡不充分的问题,合理控制新增专业数量规模以及提升专业供给质量等进而形成良好的专业发展态势,服务于“十三五”社会发展目标与国家战略发展需求。最后对“十三五”期间我国高校增设体育学本科专业提出几点建议。

Abstract: The author analyzed the situation of development of undergraduate majors newly added to the physical education science category in China in the “12th Five-Year Plan” period, and pointed out the followings: in the “12th Five-Year Plan” period, undergraduate majors newly added to the physical education science category in China had rational distribution points, the adding speed met the needs of social and economic development; the adding speed of traditional majors represented by physical education slowed down, the distribution points tilted to western regions gradually; emerging majors represented by leisure sports had a faster adding speed, its layout showed diversified development characteristics; the number of undergraduates recruited for the physical education science category showed “platform” characteristics. The author put forward the following opinions: in the “13th Five-Year Plan” period, we can further boost the rapid development of undergraduate majors in the physical education science category in China, focus on solving the issue of unbalanced and insufficient development of the layout of physical education undergraduate majors in terms of development direction, rationally control the number of majors newly added and major supply quality etc, thus forming a good major development situation to serve the needs of social development objectives and national strategic development in the “13th Five-Year Plan” period. Lastly, the author offered a few suggestions for universities in China to add physical education undergraduate majors in the “13th Five-Year Plan” period.

2011—2015年是我国国民经济和社会发展规划的第12个5年,不仅是我国社会经济改革和发展至关重要的5年,同时也是我国高等教育取得瞩目成就的5年。截至2015年,我国高等教育提前完成了《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要2010—2020》提出的“2020年高等教育毛入学率达40%”的发展目标。在高等教育从“大众化”向“普及化”转变过程中,我国体育事业发展也迎来了一个新的春天,全民健身和体育产业蓬勃发展,国家不仅将全民健身和人民健康列为国家战略,还将体育列入国民经济发展的重要支柱和新兴产业,并制订了“2025年实现5万亿的产业发展目标”,这一导向必将对我国高校体育类本科专业发展以及人才培养产生深刻影响。本研究以2011—2015年期间教育部高等教育司、发展规划司发布的我国高校体育学类本科新增专业发展数据为来源进行分析,为我国“十三五”期间高校体育学类本科专业可持续健康发展提供参考。
