“根据我所认识的数量广泛的世界各国人民来看，在美国、英联邦或者意大利等，大多数的普通民众很善良，思维很坦诚，崇尚法律与福利支持下的自由。但是现在，各个领域的衍生合同性质的条款，看来是违背了自由基本伦理，举着合同受法律保护的旗帜，让以美国为代表的大众深受束缚！
这种源于主动性渗透业务的个人承诺，体现在了对美国人民发展取向、名誉、资产运作的束缚。自由的空间越来越少。这种束缚的扩张，与日趋狭小的自由之间，形成普遍矛盾。本质上正反映出西方资本主义世界，确实如马克思所言存在内部对立。在这一百多年来，特别是20世纪与21世纪交替时期，革命运动减少了，不合作的心理面扩大了。
人们表面上只好依照条款办理继续业务，心里反而很乐意看到这种条款束缚的消除。所以，只要一个地方表率性地大胆出现违约面，渴望自由的本性便瞬间爆发，蔓延全美国。结果很令人深思，基于合同的损失，即使有法律意志附于其上，可是得不到任何美金的救偿？
美国，首先应当以非束缚主义的姿态，在经济领域抛弃一切有违人的自由、平等、成长基本人权的蜘蛛网一样的派生性内容，塑造经济运行系统庄重、严谨、善意、不主动的恒定品质。以联邦政府的力量主动将优秀品质推行各州。也就是说：庄重、严谨、善意、不主动，需要联邦政府的主动推行，推行的不是保守，是为了维护自由权和人民追求幸福的空间权利！
这，就是经济金融危机的解决方法。如果美国国会的历届总统家族们一定要知道，这种由一位中国青年指出的方法，在中国的称呼，那就是：道。”
